STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />. ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />87- 101571 <br />AFFIDAVIT TO CLEAR TITLE <br />WALTER C. RENTER, being first duly sworn on his oath, <br />deposes and says as follows: <br />1. He is a resident of 104 West 14th Street, Grand Is- <br />land, Hall County, Nebraska 68803. <br />2. He is the surviving spouse of Elsie L. Renter, who <br />died on February 12, 1987, and at the time of her death, she <br />was also a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and at the above <br />address. <br />3. The Decedent died testate, but no proceedings for <br />probate of her Will or administration of her estate has been <br />commenced, and none is contemplated. The sole heirs -at -law <br />of the Decedent are the following: Walter C. Renter, surviving <br />spouse; and four surviving children -- namely, .Tune Vestecka, <br />Waiter D. Renter, Joy Eckles and Dehn Renter. <br />4. The only property in which the Decedent had any in- <br />terest at the time of her death was property owned in joint <br />tenancy by her and her surviving spouse, this Affiant; such <br />jointly -owned property included the following: <br />Lot Ten (10), in Block Seventy -Four (74) in Wheeler <br />and Bennett's Third Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hail County, Nebraska, commonly known as 104 <br />West 14th Street, Grand Island, Nebraska; and, <br />Lots Two Hundred Seventy -Five (275) and Two Hundred <br />Seventy -Six (276) in West Lawn, an Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />5. Inasmuch as all property in which the Decedent had <br />an interest at the time of her death passed to her surviving <br />spouse, this Affiant, by joint tenancy, there is no Nebraska <br />Inheritance Tax owing herein. <br />6. The total gross value of taxable property for com- <br />putation of Federal Estate Tax does not approach or exceed $600,000; <br />no Federal Estate Tax Return need be filed, and there is no Fed- <br />eral Estate Tax nor Nebraska Estate Tax owing herein_ <br />DATED this 23rd day of March, 1987. <br />Walter C.
