<br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
<br />You are hereby notified that on March 2.3 4 1987, The
<br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, against Gregory A. Hird, an unmarried man, and Home
<br />Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, a corpora-
<br />tion, Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose
<br />a real estate mortgage on the following- described real estate in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The Southerly Forty -eight (48) Feet of
<br />Lot Fifteen (15) and the Northerly Thirty -
<br />two (32) Feet of Lot Sixteen (16), all in
<br />Block One (1) in Koehler Place, an Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />given by Defendant Gregory A. Hird and his late wife, Antoinette
<br />Hird, on or about October 15, 1976, to the above -named Plaintiff,
<br />and that said Mortgage was duly recorded in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on October 18, 1976,
<br />as Document No. 76- 006026.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said Bond and
<br />Mortgage the sum of $25,401.30, including interest computed to
<br />and including March 31,1987, and with interest accruing at the
<br />rate of $6.28 per diem commencing April 1, 1987, and for addi-
<br />tional costs and other advances necessary to protect the real
<br />estate security during these proceedings, and praying for the
<br />sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the amounts
<br />found due on its Bond and Mortgage, interest and costs..
