87-. 101548 DEED OF DISTRIBUTION BY DOMICILIARY FOREIGN PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE (TESTATE ESTATE) This DEED is made by STANLEY K. WEISS, as DOMICILIARY FOREIGN PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF WESLEY WAYNE WEISS, a/k/a WESLEY W. WEISS, DECEASED, hereinafter called "Grantor," to STANLEY K. WEISS, hereinafter called "Grantee." WHEREAS, the last Will of Wesley Wayne Weiss, a/k/a Wesley W. Weiss, Deceased, was duly admitted to probate in the Superior Court of California, County of Orange; and WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed Executor of the Decedent's Will in said estate proceedings and is now qualified and acting in said capacity; and WHEREAS, Grantor filed with the County Court of Buffalo County, Nebraska, authenticated copies of his appointment and of any official bond he has given in the probate proceedings pending in the State of California (no bond was required and none was given), and thereby became empowered with all powers of a local personal representative in the State of Nebraska as to assets of the Decedent located in the State of Nebraska; and WHEREAS, the Grantee is determined to be the person entitled to distribution of the real property described 40_ hereinafter, and Grantor is authorized to distribute the same to Grantee; NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor hereby conveys, assigns. transfers and releases to Grantee the following-described real property: An undivided one-sixth (1/6) interest in and to the following- described real property: The North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N1/2NE1/4) of Section Six C6). Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven <11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, together with all tenements, hereclitaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging, but subject to easements and restrictions of record and use.
