8i- 101492 <br />AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, Made and entered into this ? day of March, 1987 <br />by and between William R. Fuller and Norma L. Fuller, Husband and <br />Wife, hereinafter referred to as Party of the First Part, and <br />Eugene P. Buettner and Ruth J. Buettner, Husband and Wife, hereinafter <br />referred to as Party of the Second Part. <br />WITNESSETH; That the Party of the First Part has this day <br />sold to the Party of the Second Part, the following described <br />property, to -wits <br />Lot Two (2) in Geer Subdivision of Lot Six (6), <br />Seven (7), and Eight (8) of Garrett "s Subdivision <br />of "-the Northeast Quarter (NE-1) of Section Nine <br />(9), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hail County, Nebraska, <br />for which said Party of the Second Part agrees to pay the sum of Eight <br />Thousand Five Hundred and no /100 - - - -- Dollars ($8,500.00) payable as <br />follows, to -wit: Fifteen Hundred Dollars and no /100 - - - - -- Dollars <br />($1.500.00) cash in hand and the balance to be paid at the rate <br />of Two Hundred Dollars and no /100- - - - - -- Dollars ($200.00), which <br />shall include eight percent (8%) interest on the unpaid balance, <br />the first payment to be made on the 1st day of March, 1987, and <br />a like amount on the 1st day of each and every month thereafter <br />until the full amount of the unpaid balance has been paid. <br />In the event the Party of the Second Part misses three successive <br />payments the full amount shall be due and payable and any amount <br />heretofore paid on said contract of sale shall be considered as fair <br />rental on said premises. <br />The Party of the First Part agrees to pay the taxes on said <br />premises up to and including the year 1986, and a pro -rata amount <br />on the 1987 taxes based on the 1986 taxes up to the time of possession <br />given the Party of the Second Part and at the completion of the payment <br />of all money due herein the Party of the First Part shall furnish an <br />abstract and good and sufficient marketable title to the Party of the <br />Second Part. <br />A Deed shall be issued from the Party of the First Part to the <br />j <br />j <br />1 <br />
