<br />TRUSTEE' S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the
<br />terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated October 18, 1984, and
<br />filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Document Number 84- 005564 on October 18,
<br />1984, wherein Todd W. Meyer, unmarried, and Michelle R. Dowell,
<br />unmarried, were identified as Trustors;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of
<br />the obligations contained in such Deed of Trust caused such
<br />Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in
<br />Chapter 76, Article 10, of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act.
<br />ry WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter
<br />described was conducted on the date and at the time and place
<br />designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at
<br />such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain
<br />Deed of Trust dated October 18, 1984, filed for record with the
<br />Hall County Register of Deeds as Document No. 84-005564, herein
<br />called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Nine
<br />Thousand Three Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ( ;9,350.00) as
<br />credit against the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust
<br />received from Grantee as assignee of the beneficial interest in
<br />such Deed of Trust, do hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey and confirm unto Nebraska Investment Finance Authority,
<br />herein called the Grantee, the fcliowing- described real estate in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The Southerly Fifty -Six and Eight Tenths (56.8)
<br />feet of Lot Six (6) and the Southerly Fifty -Six
<br />and Eight Tenths (56.8) feet of the Westerly Ten
<br />(10) feet of Lot Seven (7), all in Block Twenty-
<br />Nine (29), in Charles Wasmer's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. --
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together
<br />_ with all the buildings, improvements, hereditaments and appurte-
<br />nances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's -
<br />successors and assigns forever.
