<br />You are hereby notified that on March t:J , 1987, The
<br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, against Pete Escobar, Jr_, a /k /a Pedro Escobar, Jr., and
<br />Esther M. Escobar, husband and wife, and Kay wrgenfrgi,Defendants,
<br />the object and prayer of which is to foreclose a real estate
<br />mortgage on the following- described real estate in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />Lot Nine (9), in Block One (1), in East
<br />North Lawn Addition to the Village of
<br />Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />given by Defendants Pete Escobar, Jr. and Esther M. Escobar on
<br />or about May 17, 1985, to the above -named Plaintiff, and that
<br />said Mortgage was duly recorded in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 17, 1985, as Document
<br />No. 85- 002411.
<br />Plaintiff claims that. there is now due on said Bond and
<br />Mortgage the sum of $28,331.71, including interest computed to
<br />and including March 31, 1987, and with interest accruing at the
<br />rate of $8.32 per diem commencing April 1, 1987, and for addi-
<br />tional costs and other advances necessary to protect the real
<br />estate security during these proceedings, and praying for the
<br />sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the amounts
<br />found due on its Bond and Mrtgage, interest and costs.
