Pape and Philomenia O. <br />Pape, husband and wife, United States of America, Acting <br />Through the Department of Treasury- Internal Revenue <br />Service, County of Hall, a Political Subdivision, and John <br />Doe and Doe, His Wife, Real and True Names Unknown, <br />Defendants, —the object and prayer of which is to foreclose a <br />certain Mortgage dated October 17, 1984, and filed on <br />October 18, 1984 as Document No. 84- 005547 in the Office <br />of the Hall County Register of Deeds against the <br />following- described real estate: <br />Lot Eighteen (18) in Hidden Lakes Subdivision <br />Number Two, being a Part of the Southeast Quarter <br />of the Northeast Quarter MkNE]C) and a Part of <br />the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter (NhNEIASE -C) of Section Thirteen A <br />(13), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine <br />(9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />said Mortgage given by the Defendants, Robert O. Pape and <br />Philomenia O.
