r° <br />87- 1U14flO <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />Alice M. Schroeder, wife of Roy E. Schroeder, GRANTOR, in. <br />consideration of Love and Affection, joined by her husband, Ray <br />E. Schroeder for binding his statutory interest in the real <br />estate hereinafter described, conveys to Ronald L. Bockstadter, <br />Grantor's son, GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as <br />defined in Section 76 -201, Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943), <br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />North one -half of the Northwest Quarter (N 1/2 NW 1/4) <br />and Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter (SE 114 <br />RIW 1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Ten (10) <br />North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall <br />County, Nebraska, subject to a real estate mortgage to <br />The Federal Land Bank of Omaha filed of record in the <br />_ office of the Register of Deed of Hall County. <br />Nebraska, on October 12, 1982, recorded as Document <br />No. 82- 000415, which Grantee assumes and agrees to <br />pay upon the death of GRANTOR by acceptance of delivery <br />of this Warranty Deed, and, <br />reserving to GRANTOR, Alice M. Schroeder, the full use, control, <br />income and possession of the real estate for and during her <br />natural life. <br />The real estate is conveyed subject to covenants, restrictions, <br />reservations, easements of record, visible easements, and zoning <br />- laws, rules and regulations. <br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE, as follows: <br />1. GRANTOR is lawfully seised of the real estate, subject to the <br />above described real estate mortgage; <br />_ <br />2. GRANTOR has legal power and lawful authority to convey the <br />real estate to GRANTEE; and <br />r <br />3.
