JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED 87-- 1o=g04. <br />Della Mae J. Boltz and Gene A. Boltz, wife and husband, <br />GRANTORS, in consideration of LOVE and AFFECTION received from <br />GRANTEES, Della Mae J. Boltz and Gene A. Boltz, wife and husband, <br />convey to GRANTEES, as point tenants and not as tenants in <br />- common, the following described real estate (as defined in <br />Section 76 -201, Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943), situated in <br />Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The East one -half (E 1/2) of Lot Six (6) in Vantine <br />Subdivision of Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed <br />platted and recorded, <br />and <br />The East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E 1/2 NE 1/4) <br />and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter <br />(NE 1/4 SE 1/4), Section Thirteen (13), Township <br />Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) west of the 6th <br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />subject to covenants, restrictions, reservations and easements of <br />record, visible easements, and zoning laws, rules and <br />regulations. <br />GRANTORS covenant, jointly and severally, with GRANTEES, as <br />follows: <br />1. GRANTORS are lawfully seised of the real estate and the real <br />estate is free of encumbrances; <br />2. GRANTORS have legal power and lawful authority to convey the <br />real estate to GRANTEES; and <br />3.
