<br />Hall County, Nebraska, against Carolyn J. Snodgrass and _ Snodgrass, her
<br />husband, real and true name unknown; Gerald L. Legg and Sandra G. Legg,
<br />husband and wife; and John Doe and _ _ Doe, his wife, real and true names
<br />unknown, defendants, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose a
<br />certain real estate mortgage dated June 2, 1980, and recorded Document No.
<br />80- 002507 of the Mortgage Records, conveying the following described real
<br />estate:
<br />The Easterly Thirty -four (E34 ) feet of Lot Fourteen
<br />(14), and the Westerly Thirty -two AW32) feet of Lot
<br />Fifteen (15), Block Four (4), Dill and Huston's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />That further prayer and object of said action being to foreclose each and
<br />all defendants of any right, title or equity of redemption in said premises_
