<br />ALFRED A. NIEMOTH and GERALDINE P. NIEMOTH, husband
<br />and wife, GRANTOR, in consideration of TWENTY (20) units of
<br />partnership interest in Niemoth Farms, a Partnership, received
<br />from GRANTEE, NIEMOTH FARMS, A PARTNERSHIP, conveys to GRANTEE,
<br />the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
<br />Stat. 76 -201):
<br />ALL OF MY INTEREST IN AND TO:
<br />The Northeast Quarter (NE-1-4) of Section Fourteen (14),
<br />Township Twelve (12), North, Range Nine (9), West of
<br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, less that
<br />portion deeded to Hall County, Nebraska, containing
<br />.510 acres, said Deed being recorded in Book 137, at
<br />Page 417, of Deeds, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and
<br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(SE4SW4) of Section Nine (9), in Township Twelve (12),
<br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, less the East Two (2) rods of the
<br />parcel deeded originally to J. E. Blevins and Nellie
<br />Blevins, said deed being recorded in Book 88, at Page
<br />377, of Deeds, in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, and less that portion deeded
<br />to Hall County, Nebraska, containing .515 acres, said
<br />deed being recorded in Book 137, at Page 395, of
<br />Deeds, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />and
<br />The North Ten (10) acres of the Northwest Quarter of
<br />the Southwest Quarter (NW4SW4) of Section Nine (9), in
<br />Township Twelve (12), North, Range Nine (9), West of
<br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than
<br />one) with GRANTEE that GRANTOR is lawfully seized of such real
<br />estate and that it is free from encumbrances; GRANTOR has legal
<br />power and lawful authority to convey the same; and GRANTOR
<br />warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the
<br />lawful claims of all persons.
