<br />RHONDA SUE HRUBY and JAMES L. HURBY, wife and husband,
<br />GRANTOR, in consideration of TEN (10) units of partnership
<br />interest in Niemoth Farms, a Partnership, received from GRANTEE,
<br />NIEMOTH FARMS, A PARTNERSHIP, conveys to GRANTEE, the following

<br />Page 417, of Deeds, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,

<br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(SE'SW4) of Section Nine (9), in Township Twelve (12),
<br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, less the East Two (2) rods of the
<br />parcel deeded originally to J. E. Blevins and Nellie
<br />Blevins, said deed being recorded in Book 88, at Page
<br />377, of Deeds, in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, and less that portion deeded
<br />to Hall County, Nebraska, containing .515 acres, said
<br />deed being recorded in Book 137, at Page 395, of
<br />Deeds, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hail
<br />County, Nebraska

<br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than
<br />one) with GRANTEE that GRANTOR is lawfully seized of such real
<br />estate and that it is free from encumbrances_; GRANTOR has legal
<br />power and lawful authority to convey the same; and GRANTOR
<br />warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the
<br />lawful claims of all persons.
