a <br />87-- 101343 <br />FINANCING STATEMENT <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />That Jerry A. Benker and Jeanne M. Benker, husband and wife, <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, Hall County, Nebraska, Debtors, for the <br />purpose of securing the payment of $7,000.00 and interest at 11% per <br />annum, computed upon the unpaid principal balance, according to a <br />bond described as follows: <br />Dated the 3rd day of March, 1987, in the original amount of <br />$7,000.00 bearing interest at 11% per annum, computed upon the <br />the unpaid principal balance, and payable in equal monthly install- <br />ments of $151.4U per month, which will apply first upon interest <br />and the balance in reduction of the principal, the first such <br />monthly installment payment payable on the Twentieth day of March, <br />1987. <br />which bond was given the Home Federal Savings and Loan Association <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, the debtors do hereby grant, mortgage, <br />and assign unto said secured party the residence house, being an <br />improvement upon a leasehold and all appurtei-rances thereto, said <br />residence house being situated upon the South One Half (5-112) of <br />Lot Eight (8) and all of Lot 'pine (9), situated on the West side of <br />the West Portion of Kuesters Lake located on the East One Half of <br />the Southwest Quarter (E- 1/2SW1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), township <br />eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9), Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Such Lot is as shown on a plat in the possession of the Lessor, including <br />any accessions, accessories, parts and equipment nor or hereafter <br />r affixed thereto. <br />The debtors warrant the above described property is free and <br />clear of all liens and encumbrances; that they will pay all personal <br />taxes before the same become delinquent; that they will maintain and <br />`t <br />pay the premiums for fire and extended coverage insurance on said <br />4, .-.{- I--.- fkx.-. fig_ ;.i ba a.�ce of tj- <br />r ..
