Badami, Trustee, in accordance with the procedure set forth in a <br />certain Deed of Trust and promissory note date May 1, 1984 wherein STEVEN M. <br />MASON AND CYNTHIA J. MASON, are designated as Trustors- Borrowers, JOSEPH H. <br />BADAMI is designated as Trustee, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF LINCOLN, a United States Corporation, is designated as <br />Beneficiary - Lender. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record in the Register <br />of .Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 1, 1984, in Document No. <br />84- 002330. Said Deed of Trust grants to Joseph H. Badami, Trustee, the <br />power and sale over the following described property: <br />Lot Twenty (20), Block Twenty -five (25), College <br />Addition to West Lawn, an Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Further Joseph H. Badami, Trustee, states that the said <br />Trustors- Borrowers have breached an obligation of said Deed of Trust and <br />accompany promissory note by failing to par the monthly installments of <br />principal and interest of S375.00 for the months of October, November and <br />December, 1986 and January, February and "March, 1987, as agreed upon in said <br />promissory note.
