87-101248 <br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />You are hereby notified that on the ,day of <br />March, 1987, Plaintiff, Nebraska Investment Finance <br />Authority, filed its Petition and action in the District <br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Quinn C. Roush, a <br />single perosn, Wanda G. Johnson (formerly Wanda G. Roush) a <br />single person, Jennifer Egnoske, a single person, and <br />County of Hall, a political subdivision, Defendants, the <br />object and prayer of which is to foreclose a certain <br />Mortgage dated October 14, 1983, and filed as Document No. <br />83- 005902 in the Office of the Hall County Register of <br />Deeds against the following- described real estate: <br />The East Twenty -Five and Five Tenths (E25.5) Feet <br />of Lot Six (6) and the West Twenty -Three and Five <br />Tenths Feet (W23.5) Feet of Lot Seven (7), of <br />Buenavista Subdivision to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />said Mortgage given by the Defendants, Quinn C. Roush and <br />Wanda G.
