<br />and Lola J. Moline, a single person, Grantors, do hereby grant, sell-, convey,
<br />and confirm unto The Bguitable Building and Ixxm Association of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, a Nebraska corporation, Grantee, the following described real
<br />estate:
<br />Lot Ten (10) , in Block Fifteen (15) , of Baker's Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditammits, and appurtenances to the same
<br />belonging, and all the estate, title, right of homestead, claim or demand,
<br />whatsoever, of, in or to the same, or any part thereof, in consideration of
<br />the full cancellation and satisfaction of the martgage to The Bguitable
<br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, recorded July 11,
<br />1983 as document number 83-003664, filed in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance— the Grantors having conveyed said
<br />real estate to the Grantee for fair and adequate cccnidexatzan, such
<br />consideration being full satisfaction of the obligation secured by the
<br />nnrtgage of Grantors recorded as Document 83-<)03664 together with cancellation
<br />of the Bond given by Grantors with the above mortgage.
<br />Grantors declare that this exrmeyanoe is freely and fairly made, and that
<br />there are no agreements, oral or written, other than this Deed between
<br />Grantors and Grantee, with respect to said real estate.
<br />TO HAVE AM TO HDID the above-described real estate with the
<br />appurtenances thereto, unto the said The Equitable Building and Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska corporation, and its
<br />successors and assigns forever, and the Grantors, for themel,,es and their
<br />heirs and assigns, hereby covenant with the Grantee and with Grantee's
<br />sLxxxssors and assigns, that the Grantors are lawfully seized of said
<br />pzsnises; that they are free F axudxwx:e except easements, coveniants, and
<br />restrictions of record and emoept real estate tames delinquent in 1986 and
<br />future years; that the Grantors have good right avid lawful authority to convey
<br />the sam; that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said premises
<br />against the lawful claim of all persons wbomoever.
