di— 101186 <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />Li <br />ELMER METTENBRINK and NORMA METTENBRINK, husband and wife, <br />herein called <br />the Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration <br />of Ninety Six Thousand Dollars ($96,000.00), received <br />from <br />Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto <br />WILLIAM SAPP and ROBERT K. <br />POLAND, herein called the Grantee, <br />whether <br />one or more, the following described real property in <br />Hall County, Nebraska: <br />All of E.W.M.
