The Trustor, debtor or borrower of said Deed <br />of Trust is Grand Island Mall, Ltd., a Nebraska limited <br />partnership whose mailing address is c/o Meredith orga- <br />nization, Inc., 99 Park Avenue, New York, New York, 10016. <br />The nature of the breach is as follows: <br />1. Debtor has failed to make installment interest <br />payments secured by said Deed of Trust when due. <br />2.
