<br />1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its
<br />City Council on February 4, 1980, enacted Ordinance No. 6556
<br />which directed the conveyance of the real estate described below,
<br />and the manner and terms thereof.
<br />2. Ordinance No. 6556 was published in the Grand Island
<br />Daily Independent, a legal newspaper published in and of general
<br />circulation in such City on February 11, 1980, and immediately
<br />thereafter notice of such sale and the terms thereof were
<br />published in the Grand Island Daily Independent for three
<br />consecutive weeks, on February 11, February 18, and February 25,
<br />1980, all as required by Section 16 -202, R.R.S. 1943.

<br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the
<br />City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, within
<br />thirty days of the passage and publication of such Ordinance No.
<br />6556.
<br />4. The City of Grand Island issued a special warranty
<br />deed to BUCK'S MOVING AND STORAGE, INC., in consideration of
<br />Seven Thousand Six'Hundred Fifty -five Dollars ($7,655.00) on May
<br />30, 1980.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a
<br />municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in
<br />consideration of the improvements as required. by the special
<br />warranty deed, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell,
