<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That, whereas, in an
<br />action of.partition pending In the District Court of Hall
<br />County, Nebi aka, wherein Mina Potter, a widow, is plaintiff,
<br />and Shersan E. Kirkpatrick, et al, am defendants, for the
<br />partition of the premises hereinafter described together with
<br />�other real property, the undersigned Referee, duly appointed
<br />by such court to make partition of such real estatd, was
<br />directed by such court on December 5, 1945, to convey the
<br />premises hereinafter described to the highest and best bidder,
<br />therefore, namely City of Grand Island, in fee simple for a
<br />consideration of Fifty Seven Phutdred Dollars ($5,700.00).
<br />NOW, T-1EREFORE, 1, Frarulin --. Pierce, Referee, for a
<br />consideration of the sum of Fifty Seven Hmdred Dollars
<br />($5,700.00), so bid, as above stated, and paid by such City
<br />of Grand Island, and by virtue of the power vested In me by
<br />law, do by these presents grant, sell, and convey unto sualt
<br />Citor of Grand -Lsland, and to its assigns, the following
<br />described real estate, to-wit: Commencing at a point on the
<br />south side of the alley, 50 feet in a northeasterly direction
<br />from the northwest corner of Lot Five (5) in Block Kighty-nine
<br />(89) In the Original Town, now CIV, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />�ounty, Nebraska; thence running in a northeasterly direction
<br />along the south line of said alley 1358 feet to the west line
<br />of the County orioad; thence south along the west line of said
<br />County Road 51 feet; thenoe In a southwesterly direction
<br />parallel with the south line of said alley and 44 feet distant
<br />therefrom, 128 feet; thence In a northwesterly direction and
<br />Parallel with the west line of Block 89, " feet to the
<br />plade of beginning, suituated in the City of Grand Island,
<br />County of Hall, State of Nebraska, with all appurtenances
<br />thersunto belonging, to have and to hold the-.same unto such
<br />City of Grandleland, and assigns forever.
