SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />LARSEN ACRES SUBDIVISION <br />In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, RICHARD A. FRERICHS and HELEN R. FRERICHS, <br />husband and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners <br />of a tract of land comprising all of Lot One (1), Block"One (1), <br />Replat of Riverside Acres, an Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, and a tract of land comprising a part of the <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW 1/4 NE 1/4) of <br />Section Twenty -eight (28), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine <br />(9) West of the 6th P.M., in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />this tract being more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot One (1), Block One <br />(1), Replat of Riverside Acres, an Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska; thence southerly along the East line <br />of said Lot One (1) if extended, a distance of Eleven <br />(11.0) feet; thence deflecting right 55 degrees 53' 41" and <br />running southwesterly a distance of one hundred eight and <br />seven- tenths (108.7) feet to a point on the westerly line of <br />said Lot One (1), if extended; thence northwesterly along <br />the westerly line of said Lot One.(1), if extended, a <br />distance of four (4.0) feet to the Southwest corner of said <br />Lot One (1); thence northeasterly along the southerly line <br />of said Lot One (1) a distance of one hundred fifteen <br />(115.0) feet to the place of beginning, the entire sub- <br />division containing 0.677 acre, more or less; <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above - described <br />tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City <br />Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an <br />accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision, to be known <br />as LARSEN ACRES SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the land to <br />( <br />
