SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT LARSEN ACRES SUBDIVISION In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska The undersigned, RICHARD A. FRERICHS and HELEN R. FRERICHS, husband and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land comprising all of Lot One (1), Block"One (1), Replat of Riverside Acres, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and a tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW 1/4 NE 1/4) of Section Twenty -eight (28), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, this tract being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot One (1), Block One (1), Replat of Riverside Acres, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; thence southerly along the East line of said Lot One (1) if extended, a distance of Eleven (11.0) feet; thence deflecting right 55 degrees 53' 41" and running southwesterly a distance of one hundred eight and seven- tenths (108.7) feet to a point on the westerly line of said Lot One (1), if extended; thence northwesterly along the westerly line of said Lot One.(1), if extended, a distance of four (4.0) feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot One (1); thence northeasterly along the southerly line of said Lot One (1) a distance of one hundred fifteen (115.0) feet to the place of beginning, the entire sub- division containing 0.677 acre, more or less; desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above - described tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision, to be known as LARSEN ACRES SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the land to (
