Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade the lots of <br />the subdivision in conjunction with the structures thereon so <br />that storm water drains to the public right- of-way or to the <br />adjacent lake. <br />4. Future Dedication. At such future time as Deva Drive is <br />extended to the west from Austin Avenue and 53 feet width of <br />dedication is provided for this extension by the property owner <br />of Lot 1, Lake Davis Acres Second Subdivision, the Subdividers <br />shall within fifteen days, dedicate, at no cost to any public <br />body, a strip of land being seven feet in width, for Deva Drive, <br />along the northerly boundary and running westerly from the west <br />right -of -way line of Austin Avenue. The improvement of this <br />dedicated Deva Drive extension shall be accomplished at no cost <br />to any public body. <br />5. Sidewalks. The Subdividers, if still the owners of land <br />in the proposed subdivision, or if the Subdividers shall have <br />transferred title to the property, then the various grantees <br />thereof, will install at their own expense all public sidewalks <br />required by the Grand Island City Code when the adjacent Lot 1 or <br />3 <br />
