<br />Default with the recording date shown thereon, addressed to 1532-
<br />North Lafayette, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801, being the address
<br />of the Trustor as set forth in the Trust Deed, which mailing of
<br />notice fully complied with the requirements of said statute, and;
