87--1 00589 <br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />You are hereby notified that Grand Island South Investors, a <br />Nebraska general partnership, as Trustor, did on or about the <br />5th day of December, 1984, make, execute and deliver unto <br />Joseph Polack, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, a Trust Deed wherein <br />said Trustor conveyed the following- described real property: <br />A tract of land in the South One Half of the Southwest <br />One Quarter (S 1/2 SW 1/4) of Section Twenty Seven (27), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the <br />6th P.M. in Hall County Nebraska, more particularly <br />described on Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained <br />from Continental Mortgage Company, Beneficiary of said Trust <br />Deed, which Trust Deed was recorded on the 5th day of December, <br />1984, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Document No. 84- 006368. <br />Champlain Valley Federal Savings and Loan Assocation, by virtue <br />of an assignment from Continental Mortgage Company, is now the <br />beneficiary under the Deed of Trust. Douglas W. Reno, Attorney <br />at Law, was appointed Successor Trustee. <br />You are further notified that there has occured a breach of an <br />obligation of the Trustor for which the trust property was <br />conveyed as security, to wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay <br />the Beneficiary pay -ments which were contractually due from <br />January 1, 1985 through this date, together with interest <br />accruing thereon. <br />You are further notified that the Trustee has elected to de- <br />clare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest <br />thereon, at once due and payable and has elected to sell or cause <br />to be sold the real property described in said Trust Deed to <br />satisfy said obligation. <br />DATED this lq' day of 1987. <br />DOUGLA W.
