87--1 00589 NOTICE OF DEFAULT TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: You are hereby notified that Grand Island South Investors, a Nebraska general partnership, as Trustor, did on or about the 5th day of December, 1984, make, execute and deliver unto Joseph Polack, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, a Trust Deed wherein said Trustor conveyed the following- described real property: A tract of land in the South One Half of the Southwest One Quarter (S 1/2 SW 1/4) of Section Twenty Seven (27), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County Nebraska, more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto. as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Continental Mortgage Company, Beneficiary of said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was recorded on the 5th day of December, 1984, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 84- 006368. Champlain Valley Federal Savings and Loan Assocation, by virtue of an assignment from Continental Mortgage Company, is now the beneficiary under the Deed of Trust. Douglas W. Reno, Attorney at Law, was appointed Successor Trustee. You are further notified that there has occured a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which the trust property was conveyed as security, to wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary pay -ments which were contractually due from January 1, 1985 through this date, together with interest accruing thereon. You are further notified that the Trustee has elected to de- clare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Trust Deed to satisfy said obligation.
