<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That GENERAL MOTORS
<br />CORPORATION, a Delaware Corporation, duly authorized to do
<br />business in the State of Nebraska, having its principal office at,
<br />3044 West Grand Boulevard, Detroit, Michigan 48202, GRANTOR, in
<br />consideration of SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLAR S ($65,000.00), in
<br />hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
<br />hereby grant, bargain, sell, release, alien and confirm unto
<br />THOMAS G. GARRISON and BARBARA K. GARRISON, his wife, GRANTEES,
<br />as JOINT TENANTS, and not as tenants in common; the following
<br />described real estate, situated in the County of Hall and State
<br />of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />Lot Fifteen (15), in Le Height's Third
<br />Subdivision, part of the East Half (E2
<br />of the Northwest Quarter (NWk) of Section
<br />Eleven (11), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />to the same belonging, and all the estate, title, claim or demand
<br />whatsoever of the said Grantor of, in or to the sane, or any part.
<br />thereof.
<br />IT BEING THE INTENTION OF ALL PARTIES HERETO, THAT IN
<br />THE EVENT OF THE DEATH OF EITHER OF SAID GRANTEES, THE ENTIRE FEE
<br />SIMPLE TITLE TO THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED HEREIN SHALL VEST IN
<br />THE SURVIVING GRANTEE.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, with
<br />the appurtenances, unto the said Grantees as JOINT TENANTS, and
<br />not as tenants in common, and to their assigns, or to their heirs
<br />and assigns of the survivor of them, Forever.
<br />And the said Grantor, for itself and its successors,
<br />covenants with the said Grantees and with their assigns that it,
<br />the said Grantor, has not heretofore done, committed, or
<br />wittingly or willingly suffered to be done or committed, any act,
<br />matter or thing whatsoever whereby the premises hereby granted,
<br />or any part thereof, is, are or shall be charged or encumbered in
<br />title, estate or otherwise howsoever.
