LOAN 0018234 <br />MORTGAGE RIDER <br />FHA Case No. 321 - 1146763 -703 <br />87-- 100472 <br />This MORTGAGE RIDER made this 14TH day of JANUARY <br />1987 , modifies and amends that certain Mortgage, HUD 92143M (9 -79), of even <br />date herewith, between: <br />MITCHELL R. THURSTON AND DONELLE J. SERA, AS JOINT TENANTS AND <br />NOT AS TENANTS IN COMMON , as Mortgagor, and <br />ASSOCIATES NATIONAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION , as Mortgagee, as follows: <br />1. Paragraph 1 is amended to read: <br />"That he will pay the principal of and interest on the indebtedness <br />evidenced by the note secured hereby, at the times and in the manner <br />therein provided; except that privilege is reserved to pay the debt, <br />in whole or in part, on any installment due date." <br />2. Paragraph 2(a), commencing with "(a) Amount sufficient..." and concluding <br />with "...taking into account delinquencies or prepayments;" is deleted in its <br />entirety. <br />3. Paragraph 2(c) is amended to delete the subparagraph denoted as "(I) ". <br />4. The following provision of Paragraph 3, commencing on line 11 and <br />concluding on line 12 of said paragraph, is hereby deleted: <br />"all payments made under the provisions of (a) of paragraph 2 <br />hereof; which the Mortgagee has not become obligated to pay to the <br />Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, and ". <br />5. The following provision of Paragraph 3, commencing on line 18, and <br />concluding on line 19, is deleted: <br />"and shall properly adjust any payments which shall have been made <br />under (a) of paragraph 2 ". <br />and a period is added following the word "note" on line 18 of Paragraph 3. <br />6. The following sentence is added at the end of Paragraph 12: <br />"This option may not be exercised by the Mortgagee when the <br />ineligibility for insurance under the National Housing Act is due to <br />the Mortgagee's failure to remit the mortgage insurance premium to <br />the Department of Housing and Urban Development." <br />The identity of all sections and subsections affected by the changes in <br />this Rider should be re- identified as necessary in order to account for the <br />deletions and changes. <br />Except as modified herein, the Mortgage referenced above is and shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Mortgagor has set his hand and seal the day and year <br />first aforesaid. <br />L SIGNED, SEALED AND DELIVERED <br />in hk presence of: <br />rif BRA SKA <br />13 `86 <br />11807 <br />Si"I ure f Mortgagor: <br />� / t✓ '-- (SEAL) <br />MITCHELL R.
