<br />of Delaware, hereinafter sometimes termed the "Company ", Party of the Sat
<br />TRUST AND SAVINGS BANK, a corporation duly art, and HARRIS
<br />the laws of the State of Illinois and having its y oiganiasd and existing under and by, irtue of
<br />hereinafter sometimes Principal second in the City of Chicago in said state,
<br />farmed the "Trustee' , Party of the second part.
<br />This i. also a Security Agreement and Financing Statement under the Nebraska Uniform
<br />Commercial Code and in compliance therewith the following information is set forth:

<br />of Mortgage being hereinafter referred to as the "

<br />as therein provided, and wherein and whereby the Company id in, ell, amount, except
<br />transfer, mortgage, Pledge and assign get, bargain, sell, warrant, convey,

<br />otherwise therein expressly provided), which the Company might then own or thereafter acquire for
<br />the security of the bonds to be issued thereunder;

<br />ever since and now is carrying on the business of a public utility a Star Indenture, and has been

<br />9-403(8) of the Nebraska Uniform Commercial Code;
