Badami, ^rustee, a Deed of Trust, wherein. said Trustors conveyed the following described property: The North Fifty (N50) feet. of Lot Five (5), and South Thirty (S30) feet of Lot Six (6), Block Six (6), Bel-Air Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nall County, Nebraska. as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Lincoln, as Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on the 30th day of May, 1984 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 84- 002893. You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the `^rustors for which that trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit: That the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments which were contractually due from July, 1986 through January, 1987, together with interest accruing thereon. You are further notified that notice is hereby given that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary, has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real estate described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
