RELEASE OF LIS PENDENS <br />87-- 100402 <br />You are hereby notified that on the 3rd day of June, 1985, JOHN <br />HANCOCK MUTUAL LIFE INSURANCE, COMPANY, A Corporation, Plaintiff, filed a <br />Notice of Lis Pendens referring to an action that had been filed in the <br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against BERNARD C. HARDERS, et al, <br />Defendants, which involved the following described real estate: <br />Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section Three (3) in Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, except the following described tract of land: Beginning <br />at the Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter (SE4) thence <br />running northerly along the east line of said Southeast Quarter <br />(MO a distance of three hundred seventy -two (372) feet; thence <br />running westerly parallel to the south line of said Southeast <br />Quarter (SE4) a distance of nine hundred ninety -three (993) feet <br />thence running southerly, parallel to the east line of said South- <br />east Quarter (SE4) a distance of three hundred seventy -two (372) <br />feet to a point on the south line of said Southeast Quarter (SE4); <br />thence running easterly along the south line of said Southeast <br />Quarter (SE4) a distance of nine hundred ninety -three (993) feet to <br />the point of beginning, <br />Together with all irrigation wells, pumps, engines, :rotors, pipes, <br />casings, gearheads, equipment and all appurtenances and any substi- <br />tute or replacement thereof thereunto now or hereafter placed on the <br />above described land, including without limitation the following: <br />Western Land Roller Pump #451184 <br />Western Land Roller Pump #H74100 <br />Allis Chalmers Propane Engine 40 H.P. #226- 300165 <br />Allis Chalmers WD Tractor - Propane 40 H.P. #n /a; <br />and which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of said county <br />as Document No. 85- 002767 on June 12, 1985. That pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. <br />525 -531 (Reissue 1979), the Plaintiff's attorney of record, Larry W.
