<br />Notice of Lis Pendens referring to an action that had been filed in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against BERNARD C. HARDERS, et al,
<br />Defendants, which involved the following described real estate:

<br />of the Southeast Quarter (SE;) and the Northeast Quarter (NE'k) of
<br />the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section Sixteen (16), in Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />EXCEPT a tract of land located in the East Half (F'�.) of the South-
<br />east Quarter (SEa) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Eleven (11) , West of the 6th P.M., more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the east line of said Section Sixteen (16),
<br />said point being 971.85 feet south of the northeast corner of said
<br />Southeast Quarter (SEk); thence southerly along the east line of
<br />said Section Sixteen (16), a distance of 627.0 feet; thence deflect-
<br />ing right 90 °00' and running westerly a distance of 330.0 feet;
<br />thence northerly parallel to the east line of said Section Sixteen
<br />(16), a distance of 627.0 feet; thence deflecting right 90 °00' and
<br />running easterly, a distance of 330.0 feet to the place of beginning
<br />and containing 4.750 acres, more or less,
<br />Together with all irrigation wells, pumps, engines, motors, pipes,
<br />casings, gearheads, equipment and all appurtenances and any substi-
<br />tute or replacement thereof thereunto now or hereafter placed on the

<br />ind which was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of said county
<br />is Document No. 85- 002766 on June 12, 1985. That pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat.
<br />i25 -531 (Reissue 1979), the Plaintiff's attorney of record, Larry W. Beucke,
<br />iereby cancels and releases said notice.
