B.a.G <br />THIS INDENTURE, made this 16th day of January , A.D. 19 87 , <br />between the Administrator of Veterans Affairs, an Officer of the United States of America, whose address is <br />Veterans Administration, Washington, D.C., 29420, hereinafter referred to as Grantor and <br />Kenneth D. Leetch and Mary J.
