4 <br />F <br />RESOLUTION K_ 100350 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Grand Island received "Notice Lnd <br />Affidavit as to a Conveyance Purporting to Subdivide Real <br />Estate" from Kinman Enterprises, Inc., dated October 13, <br />1986; and <br />WHEREAS, said notice refers to a Warranty Deed from <br />Richard E. Kinman and Grace A. Kinman, his wife, to Kinman <br />Enterprises, Inc., dated March 1, 1979, for the following <br />described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4 SE 1/4) of <br />Section Twenty -four (24), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />and <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section <br />Twenty -four (24); thence northerly along the East line <br />of said Section Twenty -four (24) a distance of four <br />hundred fifty -one (451.0) feet; thence westerly <br />parallel to the southerly line of said Section Twenty - <br />four (24) a distance of two hundred seventy -two and <br />five - tenths (272.5) feet to the ACTUAL place of <br />beginning; thence westerly parallel to the southerly <br />line of said Section.
