<br />THIS MORTGAGE, made and executed this 20thduy of January A.D.
<br />19 87, by and between Wilfred E Jolkowski and Romaine A. Jolkowski, Husband & Wile
<br />of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, party of the first part, hereinafter called
<br />the Mortgagor, and
<br />Occidental /Nebraska Federal Savings Bank

<br />with, the Mortgagee, that the Mortgagor has good right to sell and convey said premises; that they are free from
