The real estate subject to this lien is Lot Pour (4), <br />Block Two (2), in the Replat of Riverside Acres, an addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. The person against whose .interest in the real estate <br />lien is claimed is: Tom Wagoner. <br />3. The name and address of the claimant is: Riverside <br />Acres Improvement and Upkeep Committee, c/o Harry C. Stalker, <br />2710 Apache Road, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801. <br />4. A general. description of the claimant's services <br />performed to, to be performed or materials furnished, or to <br />be furnished, for the improvement and the assessment is: <br />The claimant is responsible for the ongoing upkeep and beauti- <br />fication of boulevards, islands and vacant lots in the Riverside <br />Acres Subdivision. Pursuant to the Agreements for Restrictive <br />Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions for Riverside Acres, the <br />claimant has established an assessment against each lot owner <br />in Riverside Acres Subdivision for a sum not in excess of <br />One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per year so as to enable the <br />claimant to carry out its purposes as stated herein above. <br />5.
