<br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
<br />You are hereby notified that on January 16 , 1987, The
<br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, against the above -named Defendants, the object
<br />and prayer of which is to foreclose a real estate mortgage on
<br />the following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Fourteen (14), Scharff's
<br />Addition to West Lawn, to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />given by Defendants Charles F. Lange and Colleen E. Lange, on
<br />or about May 23, 1979, to the above -named Plaintiff, and that
<br />said Mortgage was duly recorded in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 23, 1979 as Document
<br />No. 79- 003167.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said Bond and
<br />Mortgage the sum of $51,929.30, including payment of real estate
<br />taxes, interest, and penalties for the years 1980 through 1985
<br />inclusive, and including interest computed to and including
<br />January 13, 1987, and with interest accruing thereafter at
<br />11 percent per annum and in the amount of $13.85 per diem as
<br />of January 14, 1987, and for additional costs and other advances
<br />necessary to protect the real estate security during these pro-
<br />ceedings, and praying for the sale of the real estate above
<br />described to satisfy the amount. found due on its Bond and
<br />Mortgage, interest, and costs.
