E <br />convey, and quit - claim, unto said Northwestern. Public Service company, <br />its.successors or assigns, forever, all the right, title, interest, li -2n, <br />claim or demand whatsoever, which they, or either of them, as such <br />Trustees, have or may have acquired under, through or by virtue of the <br />said Mortgage (and any and all Tndentures supplemental thereto) in and <br />to the following described property of the Company situated in Hall <br />County, Nebraska, and described as follows: <br />Part of Lot Two (2) in Block Twenty -three (23) in Russel <br />Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />'...10026P2. more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot <br />Two (2) and running thence northerly on the easterly <br />boundary line of said Lot Two (2) for a distance <br />of Eighteen (18) feet, running thence westerly, <br />parallel with the southerly boundary line of said <br />Lot for a distance of twenty -six (26) feet, running <br />thence southerly, parallel with the easterly boundary <br />line of said Lot for a distance of eighteen (18) <br />feet running thence easterly on the southerly line <br />of said Lot Two (2), for a distance of twenty -six <br />(26) feet to the place of beginning. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said property unto the Company, its suc- <br />cessors and assigns, free, clear, and discharged of and from all liens, <br />encumbrances, and claims under and by virtue of the said Mortgage (and <br />any and all Indentures supplemental thereto). <br />This instrument is executed and delivered upon the express <br />condition that nothing herein contained shall be construed to release <br />from the lien of the Mortgage, or impair the lien of the Mortgage upon, <br />any property subject thereto except the property hereinabove specifically <br />described. <br />9 _ <br />
