<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That, Whereas, In an action in
<br />the District Court of the Ninth Judicial District of the State of
<br />Nebraska, within and for the County of Hall, wherein Household
<br />___"._...._"...Finance Corporation III, Plaintiff, and Dale A. Hurley and Cheryl
<br />L. Hurley, W.A.T.A. Cheryl L. Schleicher, Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems, Inc., Beneficiary; Blackwell, Sanders, Peper,
<br />Martin, Trustee; John Doe and Mary Doe; are Defendants, at the
<br />January Term, A. D. 2008, of said Court, a Decree was rendered
<br />finding that there is due and owing to Plaintiff THE SUM OF EIGHTY-
<br />FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY-ONE DOLLARS AND NINETEEN
