<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by BIGHORN
<br />ENTERPRISES, L.L.c., a Nebraska limited liability company, to Arend R. Baack, Attorney at
<br />Law, Trustee, for the benefit of HASTINGS VENTURES, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability
<br />company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated June 7, 2007, and recorded June 8, 2007, in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Ball County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200704762, has
<br />been paid, and the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following-described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:

<br />Lot Eight (8), Block Two (2), Woodland Park Fourth Subdivision, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />
<br />toget~er with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premIses.
