MARTINEZ and KERRY R. RESSLER-MARTINEZ, <br />husband and wife, Trustors, in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION <br />SYSTEMS, INC. as Nominee for Popular Financial Services, LLC, as Beneficiary, and TICOR <br />TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, as Trustee, and which was filed for record on August 29,2005, <br />as Instrument No. 2005-08484, of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of <br />Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION <br />SYSTEMS, INC. to THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR EQUITY ONE ABS, <br />INC. MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATE SERIES #2005-C, by virtue of an <br />Assignment dated January 16, 2008, and filed for record on February 8, 2008, as Instrument No. <br />2008-00993 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. GALLES has <br />been appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing TICOR TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, by <br />virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, <br />Nebraska.
