<br />Neb.Rev.Stat. ,976-1008;
<br />(3) On March 21,2008, a copy of the Notice Of Trustee's Sale filed March 19,2008,
<br />as Instrument No. 0200802294, Hall County, Nebraska, was mailed by certified
<br />mail, postage prepaid to all parties listed in the aforementioned Notice Of Default
