<br />receive, hold all such sums of money, debts,
<br />checks, drafts, deposi ts, notes, stock
<br />certificates, certificates of deposit, social
<br />security and other contractual benefits and
<br />proceeds, all documents of title, all property
<br />real or personal and property rights, and
<br />demands whatsoever, liquidated or unliquidated
<br />now or hereafter owned by me or due or payable
<br />or belonging to me in which I may have or
<br />hereafter acquire an interest. I further
<br />grant to said Attorney-in-Fact the power to
<br />take all lawful means and equitable and legal
<br />remedies and proceedings in my name for col-
<br />lection or recovery of any of the above and to
<br />adjust, sell, compromise and agree for the
<br />same and to execute for me all endorsements,
<br />releases, receipts or other suff icient dis-
<br />charges for the same.
