<br />KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that, Ginger L. Lovett, a single person,
<br />herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable
<br />consideration received from grantee, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
