<br />SARAH A. MYERS, a single person, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of SEVEN
<br />THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($7,500.00) received from
<br />GRANTEE, SOUTHERN PUBLIC POWER DISTRICT, a Public Corporation and Political
<br />Subdivision of the State of Nebraska, conveys to GRANTEE, the following-described real estate
<br />(<is defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201) situated in Han Counly, Nebraska:

<br />interest of Grantor in SPD Cairo Subdivision as surveyed, subdivided, platted and
<br />designated and comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter (NE'14), of Section
<br />Thirty One (31), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the northeast comer of said Northeast Quarter (NE'i4); thence
<br />running southerly along the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE'i4), on an
<br />Assumed Bearing at S 00002'09" E, a distance of Two Hundred Ten (210.00) feet;
<br />thence running N 89059'56" W, a distance of Two Hundred Ten (210.00) feet;
<br />thence running N 00002'09" W, a distance of Two Hundred Ten (210.00) feet, to a
<br />point on the north line of said Northeast Quarter (NE'14); thence running S

<br />acres more or less, subject to road right of way.

<br />This Corrective Warranty Deed confirms, corrects, modifies and supplements the
<br />Warranty Deed filed on January 29,2008 as Document No. 200800704 with the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR:
<br />
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it IS tree trom
<br />encumbrances except for easements and restrictions of record;
<br />
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and
<br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons.
