<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated October 5, 2004, April 5, 2005 and September 20, 2007, and
<br />executed by Roger W. Hughes and Nelpha P. Hughes, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which
<br />Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on October 14,2004, April 12, 2005
<br />and September 27,2007, as Instrument No. 200410007,200503200, and 200708291, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />The Westerly Forty-six and Fifty-five Hundredths (46.55) feet of Lot Four (4) and the Easterly
<br />Thirty-five and Five Tenths (35.5) feet of Lot Five (5) in Block Two (2) in Knickrehm Fifth Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 19th day of March, 2008.
