<br />The undersigned, being the successor Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated August 30,
<br />2001, and filed of record on September 4, 2001, as Instrument No. 200108864 with the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, executed by Donald C. Rasmussen and Barbara M.
<br />Rasmussen, as Trustors, in which the State Bank of Cairo, now known as Pathway Bank, is named
<br />as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors and that a breach of an obligation
<br />for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is
<br />the Trustors' failure to make- debt payments on the Notes secured by the Deeds of Trust and other
<br />obligations as they came due.
<br />
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust
<br />property to satisfy the obligations under the Trust Deed and Notes owing from Trustors to the
<br />Beneficiary pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above which secures these
<br />obligations; the trust property affected is as follows:

<br />The Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW1/4 SW1/4) of Section Fifteen
<br />(15), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book
<br />135, Page 419, Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 99-104329, and
<br />Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 98-11157.
<br />
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) and the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S 1/2
<br />NW1/4) of Section Five (5), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11), West
<br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described in Warranty
<br />Deed recorded in Book 135, Page 419, Warranty Deed recorded as Document No.
<br />99-104329, and Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 98-111157, excluding
<br />that certain tract of land more particularly described in Joint Tenancy Warranty
<br />Deed recorded as Document No. 200211966, with the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds.
<br />
<br />together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, streets, alleys, passageways, easements, rights,
<br />privileges and appurtenances located thereon, and all personal property that may be or hereafter
<br />become an integral part of such buildings and improvements, all crops raised thereon, and all water
<br />rights, all of which, including replacements and additions thereto are hereby declared to be a part
<br />of the real estate conveyed in trust hereby, it being agreed that all of the foregoing shall be
<br />hereinafter referred to as the "Property".
<br />
<br />The property described in the afore-mentioned Deeds of Trust is agricultural land as
<br />described in Neb. Rev. Stat. ~77-1359 and ~77-1360; and you should be advised that you, as
<br />Trustor, have a right to cure the default within two (2) months of the filing of this Notice of Default;
<br />and, upon the removal of such default within the statutory period, the Trust Deed will be reinstated
<br />as provided in Neb. Rev. Stat. ~76-1012.
<br />
<br />The entire remaining unpaid principal secured by the Deed of Trust is $48,390.44, and the
<br />unpaid accrued interest thereon as of March 13, 2008 is $29,091.66 and the obligation secured by
<br />such mortgage continues to accrue interest at the rate of $11.76 per day from and after March 13,
<br />2008. The unpaid principal amount, which would not be due in the event no default had occurred
<br />would be the sum of $0.00.
