DAMRA TOWSKI REVOCABLE LIVING <br />TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JANUARY 20,2006, AS AMENDED, GRANTOR, for and in <br />consideration ofTEN AND NO/lOO DOLLARS ($10.00) received from GRANTEE, <br />ELIZABETH L. DAMRA TOWSKI, TRUSTEE OF THE HAROLD E. DAMRA TOWSKI AND <br />ELIZABETH L. DAMRA TOWSKI REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED <br />JANUARY 20,2006, AS AMENDED, conveys to GRANTEE, the following~described real <br />estate (as defined in Neb, Rev, S'tat. 76-201) situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />C> <br />\~ <br /> <br />A tract of land located in the East Ilalf(ElIz) of Section 8, Township 10 North, <br />Range lOWest of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, and more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the East Quarter (E~) Corner of said Section 8, the actual point <br />of beginning, thence running South along the East line of said Section 8, a <br />distance of three hundred twenty~six and seventy-three hundredths (326.73) feet; <br />thencc deflecting right ninety degrees and no minutes (900 00') and running West- <br />erly along an existing fence line, which is the approximate South line of the North <br />Twenty (20) acres of the Southeast Quarter (SE ~) of said Section 8, a distance of <br />six hundred twenty-two and seventy~four hundredths (622.74) feet, to point (a <br />Witness Corner to the Southwest boundary corner); thence continuing West on <br />the same previously described course, a distance of thirty (30) feet, to the <br />approximate center line of Channel of Wood River; thence def1ecting right and <br />running downstream along the center line of said Channel, to a point of intersec- <br />tion with the North Boundary Line of said tract, which is perpendicular to and <br />three hundred seventy-three and twenty-six hundredths (373.26) feet Westerly <br />from the East line of said Section 8; thence def1ecting right and running Easterly <br />along said perpendicular line a distance of forty (40) feet to point (a Witness <br />Corner to the Northwesterly Boundary Corner); thence continuing East on the <br />same previously described course a distance ofthree hundred thirty-three and <br />twenty-six hundredths (333.26) feet, to the actual point of beginning; said tract of <br />land containing 3.94 acres more or less, of which 0.25 acres is County road right- <br />of-way. <br /> <br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that such real estate is free from encumbrances <br />and GRANTOR has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same. <br /> <br />Executed this J.:!:L day of March, 2008. <br /> <br />HAROLD E.
