<br />DEED O:F RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated July 25,2001 and executed by Richard Van Zyl, a married person and Sandra Van Zyl,
<br />his spouse, and Jeffrey T. Romsa, a married person and Wendy Romsa, his spouse, as Trustors, in which
<br />Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was recorded as Instrument #0200107371 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on the 27th day of July, 2001.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />A part of the West portion of the South Half ofthe Southeast Quarter (SY2SE~) of Section 13,
<br />Township 11 North, Range 9 West ofthe 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows: A tract ofland comprising the Southerly 845.61 Feet of the Easterly 545.13
<br />Feet of the Southwest Quarter ofthe Southeast Quarter (SW~SE~) of Section 13, Township 11
<br />North, Range 9 West ofthe 6th P.M.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 14th day of March, 2008.
