BISSELL REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, dated May 17, <br /> <br />2000; that the initial Trustee of said trust was Ruby E. Bissell, and that Ruby E. Bissell, Trustee, was the <br /> <br />Grantee of that certain Warranty Deed filed for record May 22,2000, as Instrument No. 200004191 in the <br />records ofthe Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Upon the death of Ruby E. Bissell in 2003, <br /> <br />Robert G. Bissell became the successor Trustee of the RUBY E. BISSELL REVOCABLE LIVING <br /> <br />TRUST; and that on April 1, 2004, Robert G. Bissell resigned as Trustee and confirmed that Todd W. <br />Bissell became successor Trustee ofthe RUBY E. BISSELL REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST as of April <br /> <br />1,2004. <br /> <br />2. Todd W. Bissell, Trustee ofthe RUBY E. BISSELL REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, is now <br /> <br />the Grantor of a Warranty Deed executed simultaneously herewith conveying the following described real <br /> <br />estate, to..wit: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 2, Valley View Subdivision in Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />Street Address: <br /> <br />1031 East Bismark Road <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br /> <br />as a distribution to a beneficiary of said trust. <br /> <br />3. As Trustee of the trust, the undersigned knows (a) that Todd W. Bissell is the current acting <br /> <br />sole Trustee of the RUBY E. BISSELL REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST; (b) that said trust has not been <br /> <br />revoked, amended, or terminated and is in full force and effect; and (c) that said trust agreement contains <br />the appropriate language which provides authority for the undersigned as Trustee to transfer and convey <br />the above described real estate. <br /> <br />FURTHER AFF~T SAITH NOT. <br />Dated this/~ dayof'March,2608. <br /> <br />Todd W.
