Treffer, husband and <br />wife, are Trustor and Ronald S. Depue is Trustee; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to <br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did <br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on December 31, 2001, as <br />Instrument No. 2001-13630 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, conveying to Trustee, Trustee's successors or <br />assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as <br />follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Part of Lot 13, County Subdivision of the South Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter (Sl/2 SE1/4) of Section 16, Township 11 <br />North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Commencing at a point 40 feet Westerly and 40 feet Northerly <br />from the Southeasterly corner of Lot 13 of the County Subdivi- <br />sion of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (Sl/2 SEl/4) <br />of Section 16, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th <br />P. M., Hall County, Nebraska, the real place of beginning, <br />running thence Northerly parallel with the Easterly line of <br />said Lot 13, for a distance of 132 feet; thence running at a <br />right angle and running in a Westerly direction for a distance <br />of 64 3/4 feet; thence turning a right angle and running in a <br />Southerly direction, parallel with the Easterly line of said <br />Lot 13, for a distance of 132 feet; thence turning a right <br />angle and running in an Easterly direction, parallel with the <br />Southerly line of said Lot 13, for a distance of 64 3/4 feet <br />to the place of beginning, excepting therefrom, however, that <br />part thereof conveyed to Central Power Company by Warranty <br />Deed recorded in Book 75 at Page 374 of the Deed Records of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. (Also known as 416-418-418 1/2 S. Elm; <br />420-422 S. Elm; and 604 W.
