<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Decision One Mortgage Company,
<br />LLC, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to DLJ Mortgage
<br />Capital, Inc.. The Assignment was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska,

<br />Thomas .J. Holthus, Esq. has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee flied
<br />for record with the Rcgister of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska. Hereinafter the Successor Trustee, Thomas .1.

<br />appur1enances thereto belonging unto the GRANTEES, and to the GRANTEES' successors and assigns forever.

<br />GRANTOR does hereby covcnant with the GRANTEES and with the GRANTEES' successors and assign:

<br />(I) That Cindy C. Melvin, a single person, as Trustor, fai led to pay the Beneficiary payments wh ich were
<br />contractually due, and the GRANTOR, at the request of the Beneficiary, elected to declare the entire unpaid
<br />principle balance, together with intcrest thereon, at once immediately due and payable.
<br />
<br />(2) That a Notice of Default was recorded by GRANTOR on 12/26/2007, in Book at page, in the records or
<br />the Register of Deeds, HALL County, Nebraska. Within ten (10) days thereafter, a copy of the recorded Noticc of
<br />Default was rnailcd by certified mail, postage prcpaid, to all parties entitled to noticc, pursuant to said Decd or Trust
<br />and incOlnpliance with Neb. Rev. Stat. * 76-1008 (Reissue 1996).
